Comment:  I've met some great PiKapps and some bad ones.. Over all pretty hot, they are "popular" but not all of the talk is good about them. Recently they haven't been very active on campus, especially during greek week where they basically didn't show up to the events and their new boys aren't anything great either. Super fun and social but they can be real dbags if you're not with the right "crowd".
