Comment:  I know this house very well. Their social needs help- they really seem to have trouble getting girls to their parties (and if they do come, they don't stay long). For the most part, though, they're nice guys (some decently attractive), but unfortunately for them, their handful of loud, rude, wannabe fratty guys REALLY turn people off. I have a couple sisters who avoid Sig Ep at all costs because of bad experiences with one person.
