Comment:  Exactly the same as SigEp middle tier frat that has some cool guys and some really really awk guys. I know a couple of the guys that I have met and they seem really nice and genuinely were happy to meet me. While there venues aren't up to par with other houses they seem like they could go up or down depending on next year and rush
