Comment:  I'd have to agree and disagree with the poster two below me. I would agree that the top three houses are Tri Delt, Chi O and Pi Phi. However, I would say that Pi Phi is definitely in between the other two party-wise. A lot of the Pi Phis I know are partiers and rush the same type of girls as Tri Delt AND Chi O. Whereas I don't think Chi O and Tri Delt rush the same type of girls.
