Comment:  closer to campus would help, but it doesn't change that the 3 houses there are better than what Spence or anywhere else has to offer. The proximity of 3 respectable houses on one street means girls will be swarming there. And Spence is perhaps the shadiest neighborhood in Tempe, girls just dealt with going there because there were few alternatives. Big thanks to you guys for getting another row started
