Comment:  Phi Tau often gets over looked as a smaller-to mid range house. They have had some trails in the past but they are on the rise with numbers and involvement. Their reputation is not the best but its important to give them a shot. Definitely in the rebuilding stages. All in all the guys are really fun and know how to have a good time.
