Comment:  Phi Mu's national popularity is very good and I believe thats why they're still holding onto this "top-tier" spot. They've begun to be unattractive, soon I'm afraid I'd have to give them a 2. They're still pretty popular, like I said I believe that's because of their nationals. I don't really think they're that involved around campus. I don't hear too many unclassy stories about them. BUT they're so snobby...I just can't stand going on mixers with a sorority that is so involved with themselves and doesn't pay attention to the guys.
