Comment:  guys in the house are snobs and some are huge douches. their members are full of $$ but somehow their house is still filthy and stuff is always broken. good mix of guys from all areas. when they did have parties they were really fun but now they just go to bars. freshman class is alright, their spring is definetly better than fall. could mix with more sororities but they choose not to. overall one of the better houses at cu and definetly a top house
