Comment:  Seems that the cycle is happening. Houses@ Frat Circle are the place to be. Few years ago, all top houses were on Frat Row (Theta Chi, SAE, Chi Phi), now there is a transitioning of power to the Circle. While SigEp and Sigma Chi have ways to go, they are up there, along with Delta Sig. Cool guys, definitely threw some crazy ragers.. perhaps too crazy for their own good. Lost their house, can't be a top house if you don't have a house; especially if you lost a house in a prime location. TKE may be a top house as a result of this.
