Comment:  Theta chi was pretty bad for the past few years, pretty anti social and the house was always dark. They were also pretty ghetto but they got the second biggest pledge class this past semester and theyre parties we always pretty poppin to many geeds tho. They are definitely better than phi delt and k sig but still not on top. I can see them coming up soon however
