Comment:  Chi O is a good choice for girls that are smart but who have not so good reputations out of high school. They continue to have bad behavior in college. For this reason Chi O will never be top 4 unless they get rid of the girls in the house now and start over with top girls. That's a pretty impossible thing to do. Also, the Chi Os I know are happy in their house and enjoy their party time. Not everyone feels the need to be #1.
