Comment:  to "lies" I am a member and yes, we do own our house. it's owned by the delta sigma corporation, which is made up of phi delt alumni from our chapter. we sublease it to steve frischette and he manages the money and turns a profit from doing so. as long as we're a nationally recognized chapter we can live there as long as we want to. steve doesn't renew the lease, WE do. and we do so because he's good at property management and makes things easier for us. do some research next time.
