Comment:  Putting looks aside, KD has all the attributes of a solid mid-tier chapter. It depends on if you judge a chapter more by appearance or more by substance. These are great girls, and while they may not fit everyone's definition of a "beauty queen," they are good people on the inside, which is far more important.
