Comment:  I don't dislike them i just was making a point that they in now way are the best. I would say that phi delt is mid low tier. People are saying that frats choose to have small numbers but that is a totally false. When you have more active brothers you have a larger budget so your able to spend more money on socials, parties, and philanthropy events which ultimately ensures a positive image on campus.
