Kappa is a house full of kind hearted and friendly girls that people love to be around! and according to most girls i've talked to they are before Pi Phi... asking guys however Pi Phi is before them because Pi Phi puts out, if you want to suck your way to the top Pi Phi thats cool but don't say Kappa is self ranking because they're not.
