Comment:  Delt gets the guys who couldn't get bids from Fiji, SAE, KA, or even Sig Ep (which is saying something). They thought that joining a fraternity in college would help them get over not being that popular in high school. The thing is, when a bunch of losers get together in a fraternity, they're still losers. Other chapters may not be as big, but have better guys that aren't just rejects.
