Comment:  They are coming back in the fall in a new house which has no basement. Because they are being started by 2 or 3 seniors they will have 0 downtown houses and because of their lack of members they will be forced to live in the house. No one knows how popular they are but having 0 downtown houses= 0 downtown parties so they will take a hit because of that
