Comment:  This fraternity is going to be a lot like any football system. Takes a year or two to put the goals and system in place, a year or two to recruit for that system and make it happen. These ratings are based on potential/ what these guys have done in the month on campus which is somewhat impressive, considering that the guys they have are either top tier material or should be GDIs. Weird mix, but some of those top guys should be able to carry them. They need a good fall class to prosper.
