Comment:  Not the worst but far from the best. This would be the best example of a "blah" or "so-so" fraternity. Kinda fun, but not really at the same time. Guys are a bit dull. I'd only recommend partying here if you don't have any real better options. This fraternity seemingly used to be a bit better but appears to be in significant decline. Try some of the neighboring houses if you get stuck here and need a more fun place to go with better brothers. This is not a place to be.
