Comment:  Tri Delta is in some respect a Top House at TCU, but if you are looking for a real college experience I'd look else where."Tri Delt or Transfer"'s social life is a joke. In the last 2 years only theta has had a party with them, and the few parties that they go to/are invited to they act like they are doing them a favor.
