Comment:  This is a chapter that escapes some negative attention by never cob-ing, but according to their numbers, they have one of the lowest memberships on campus. They just don't want the stigma of being one of the chapters that cob's, but in reality they are struggling for members like some of the so-called "lower" chapters. What gives?
