Comment:  KA has a top tier rep & tradition. They have some great quality guys, and a bunch of douches. Their house is falling apart with no plans to replace it. They can't keep up with Delt or ATO in recruiting, which means money, which means social and sorority relations. KA is still top 3, but they need to turn some things around if they want to stay there long term.
