Comment:  The truth is that this house is moving up and causing some worry from the houses that it will be competing with for rush. PNMs need to be able to screen out the garbage that's written below and recognize that this is a pretty good house now and will be even better some day. I can tell the truth because I don't worry that it will catch up to my house because it's at the top!
