Comment:  So Sigma Chi is not a good enough house to solely recruit from U of T. They have to go elsewhere to find members to join. Look at the U.S. or any other University in Canada. They solely recruit from their designated University/College. It is sad to see "U of T" Fraternities have dropped to this poor level that they have to recruit from all Toronto Universities/Colleges to meet there quota.
