Comment:  They definitely qualify as top tier. The only reason they are ranked so low is that girls from other chapters are coming on here and bashing them. However, the all of the Tri-Delts I have interacted with have been incredibly snotty. It is quite evident that nowadays they are merely relying upon their reputation, and they are slipping a bit.
