Comment:  SK is only "highly desirable" to some girls...namely ones who are in way worse houses like AOPi, AXO, DDD, Theta etc. To girls in Kappa, PiPhi and DG, SK is viewed as a joke, a bunch of wannabes, etc. And guys in top tier fraternities aren't fans of SK generally, just to let you know.
