Comment:  Ok, so by comparison, yes, it looks like Phi Psi is declining, certainly more than Kappa Sig. But, they are still one strong house. Granted, their recent Pledge Classes could use improvement, but they are not the worst. They still throw good parties and get the hotties. So, while they may be slipping, it's going to be a while before they stop being this top house star. Until then, relaaaax.
