Comment:  I get how you would think that. They certainly lowered the standards (not bid every random weirdo though) a bit to keep and gain numbers in the couple years before they built the house. They've since turned that around but it'll take time to see the improvement. That's a completely natural part of the building a house process. They are top tier though. They do have strong involvement - most philanthropy in the Fall, got a couple guys on IFC Exec, think they got someone in ASG too. They do not have a problem with retention. They are a little bit try hard, but they are not about to collapse. That's just wishful thinking on the part of the real uppity try hards that are in the distant mid-tier.
