Comment:  Background: Just discovered this site, been at UCI for 3 years, ranking all these frats on how I see them. SAE definitely went down a bit to where they are now, but still a cool bunch of guys. I'm sure they'll bounce back once they figure out their house issues. Regardless, they throw fun parties and seem to have a good rep overall. Fairly chill.
