Comment:  Some background: Just discovered this site, been at UCI for 3 years, not in the Greek Sys, ranking some of these frats for fun. Pikes are everywhere. Feel like a top house but I hear they're not. Whatever. This frat throws some really good parties. I never have a problem attending so thats a good thing for me. LOL.
