Comment:  They lost their house because some drunk girl fell down the stairs at one of their parties and chipped her tooth and preceded to bite her lip or tongue or whatever and had to have the ambulance come. There were also hella fights at that party. That would have been fine but they had just got off probation and were messing up with Tandem, the property owners, before by screwing up the house/having parties while on probation. So Tandem kicked them out. Now, they just sit on their couches and watch movies waiting until they get kicked out, right after school ends.
