Comment:  Kinda underrated. Been getting better over past couple years. Pretty good in all departments overall, but time will probably be in there favor. Similar to DPhi and KDR. Will get their own house, showing there increase in numbers and ability to become a more real, independent frat. Ironically, higher frats like Kappa Sigma lost their unit.
