Comment:  Upper of middle tier. Been improving for awhile in looks and popularity, but not the best. Very good gentleman and pretty classy. Some bros involved, others hardly. Average to pretty good parties. Emphasis on brotherhood. May give other top frats run for the money in the future (several years). Party guests feel well treated and have a good time.
