Comment:  As has been said, these guys SHOULD be top tier when you consider their beautiful house and their history (dave matthews played in their basement back in the day). The brothers I've met seem pretty chill/preppy as well. The reason they're NOT top tier is because of their lame party scene. I guess they just expect to be a great house without throwing good parties... It doesn't work that way. Unless they step up their game they're not going anywhere.
