Comment:  i'm not sure what to make of sigep. there are these super party fratty ones, then there are those who you'd think would never belong in a fraternity. good parties, horrible at sports. some are incredibly sociably, others almost hide. interesting mix of guys. a mid tier house than can go either way, up or down in the next few years.
