Comment:  Pi Kapp and Kappa Sig are year in and year out the most UNDERRATED fraternities on campus I feel like. There are a lot of cool guys I know in Pi kapp and they are very involved and getting a new house. I'll take them over some douchebag, acne-faced, short Old-row legacy any day.
