Comment:  The Pi Phis are moving up. Everyone seems to be a hater on the National "Holy Trinity" , Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa. I'd say they are the top of the mid-tier. Definitely not the top and far from the bottom, despite what anyone says. They are getting better as some of the more established top tier sororities are self-destructing. Nice girls, not catty, self-absorbed, crack-heads.
