Comment:  I am going to be honest unlike most people on this website. It pains me tremendously to say this, but Sig Ep is without a doubt a top tier house. They are all very wealthy and well connected. The ONLY reason they are slightly less well regarded than Fiji and SAE is because they are house of delinquent animals and many girls whose opinions supposedly matter don't like going over there because they are always wasted/stoned. However they all come from the right families/schools/neighborhoods/clubs, and it shows.
