Comment:  just because their house is nice doesn't mean that they rent their furniture.. unless you lived there, how would you know what furniture was there after rush? and if you don't live there and just visited then that means you have a friend in the house who invited you there.. in which case you shouldn't be talking badly about your friend's house behind her back.
