Comment:  I don't know ANYONE who doesn't consider Phi Mu a bottom tier house. Either the worst house or the second to worst house to Zeta. Other chapters are debatable whether they're mid, lower-mid, upper bottom like AXO TriSIg APhi and KD. Phi Mu's status is NEVER debated. Always bottom 2. And of course they have a few cute girls, the percentage is just much lower in Phi mu than the other houses.
