Comment:  Alright let's be honest here, you can't rate a house to be bad when it's not even on campus at the moment. They we're kicked off, but word in the greek community is they are coming back. This site is a joke anyway, it's all self raters. Delta Chi as a top 5 house? haha that's a joke. These guys are all legit and when they were on campus were definitely a top house. I expect great things from the Sigeps when they regain their charter in the future.
