Comment:  I'm not an ATO, but numbers mean social budget and better match up with sororities. Obviously you have to take quality to. ATO has had pretty good pledge classes lately. They're not taking guys away from mid or low tier chapters to make numbers. They're taking guys that would have gone KA or PhiDelt in the past. PhiDelt is gone and KA is hurting. You have to give credit where it's due. They aren't perfect, but they are legitimately top tier.
