Comment:  Theta Chi has no presence on campus! Honestly, they're bottom tier. I heard a sorority sister say it herself..we don't mind them on campus, but they just don't do anything! They keep behind the scenes, they never throw down, and they don't at all dress fratty. I think they may have potential, if they step it up. I never see them anywhere, nor do I see them doing anything.
