Comment:  Gamma Phi is actually a top house at a lot of other universities even in CA. That SHOULD help them more at USC than it actually does. Some cute transfers sometimes but I think this Greekrank ranking represents while not THE bottom house in real life, probably one of the most disliked, if not the most
