Comment:  I will say it's declining from where it used to be...now on par with ADPi, used to be on par with Alpha Phi. They have lost new mems, GPA isn't aaalways #1, some not as cute girls, etc...but overall still not a BAD house. Definitely still a solid middle house. Just not what it used to be, not great but still good for sure.
