Comment:  Bunch of lovers and haters on this site. Here is the truth. SigEp is a really, really good house, but probably not a classified top house like what Pike was whether the lovers like it or not. Pretty much a fact. They throw great parties and are just awesome guys to hang out with whether the haters like to admit it or not. Ask around, also a fact. None the less, to say if they keep things up as they have been doesn't mean they won't be a top house in a few years, if they want to be.
