Comment:  Well, that's what they think about themselves. In reality their quality isn't amazing. Their recruiting sucks. They get in trouble more than anyone. They have lots of problems. PhiDelt & KA were the top tier last year. Now KA is edging toward the bottom of top tier and could fall out all together if everything continues as is.
