Comment:  Delts are still pretty outstanding at Chapman. They really do show the signs of a top frat in a lot of ways. They're spring pledge class isn't the best looking, but they've got a good amount of chill guys. And some of them are definitely solid looking, they're not deformed or anything. They're fall class, however, had some outstanding looking guys. Probably some of the best looking guys in the frat, and maybe on campus. And a few of them dress amazingly too. They're social skills are pretty much always good, everyone knows most of them are true gentlemen, and they kill it with involvement and success. However, they're lacking so hard on the parties this semester. I hear that's about to change real soon, and I hope so, cause the Delts really are losing a lot of sorority ties. If they're not careful, DTPhi will no longer be a thing. And with Phi Tau getting tight with so many of the "lower tier" sororities, and FIJI, SAE, and Pike throwing so many parties, Delts are screwing themselves.
