Comment:  To be honest, Phi Sig is not a good frat at UD. Yea they have parties like any other house here, but nothing special. Small numbers and gooberish guys make Phi Sig a bit of an outcast among frats here. No disrespect, but just not very legitimate and should not be ranked high on here.
