Comment:  Phi Mu is a mix a lot of crazy girls but a lot of nice ones, the biggest problem with Phi Mu is their insecurity. I hate self ranking and I see a lot of it for Phi Mu. They are not rising, they are staying the same place they have, which is fine and they should be happy with it. If you really love your sorority you shouldn't have to post thing about yourselves being great, you should just know it.
